Dr. Ushma Sheth, DPM
Our podiatry team is led by Dr. Ushma Sheth, a foot and ankle specialist who provides comprehensive podiatric care to the communities of West Cobb, East Cobb, and Marietta, Georgia.
She has experience treating a wide range of conditions, from minor issues to complex reconstructive surgery. Dr. Sheth is dedicated to offering her patients exceptional care and compassion, and she takes a holistic approach to treating all foot and ankle conditions.
In addition to her expertise in traditional treatment methods, she is also trained in advanced, minimally invasive techniques, Tenex treatment for chronic tendon pain, laser treatment for nail fungus, and controlled micro penetration for nail bed treatment.
In her personal time, Dr. Sheth enjoys playing tennis, golf, and exploring local restaurants. She lives in Marietta with her husband, who is a vascular surgeon, and their two children.
Dr. Sheth received her undergraduate degree from the University of Georgia and then pursued her Doctorate in Podiatric Medicine at Temple University School of Podiatric Medicine in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. She completed her surgical residency training at Virtua Health System, where she gained extensive experience in lower extremity trauma, diabetic limb salvage, and reconstructive surgery of the foot and ankle. She also completed an apprenticeship in Rearfoot and ankle surgery to further her surgical training.
Dr. Jihae Kim, DPM
Dr. Kim is a Podiatric Physician at Gauld Foot and Ankle. She has extensive training in conservative and surgical foot and ankle conditions, She has a special interest in treatment of bunions, sports injuries, trauma and arthritis. She is also trained in advanced, minimally invasive techniques, Tenex treatment for chronic tendon pain, laser treatment for nail fungus, and controlled micro penetration for fungal toenail treatment.
Dr. Kim has also completed advanced arthroscopy training during her residency, enhancing her ability to provide minimally invasive treatment options. Being Korean American, she is fluent in English and Korean, Dr. Kim is ABFAS board qualified and dedicated to providing compassionate, individualized care.
She focuses on understanding each patient’s lifestyle and goals to create treatment plans that help will them get back on their feet—comfortably and confidently.
In addition to providing comprehensive conservative and surgical foot and ankle care, Dr. Kim utilizes advanced minimally invasive techniques, including arthroscopy, Tenex treatment for chronic tendon pain, laser therapy for nail fungus, and controlled micro penetration for fungal toenail treatment to help patients recover with less pain and downtime.
Outside of work, Dr. Kim enjoys hiking with her husband and their dog, as well as exploring new restaurants and coffee shops.
Dr. Mackenzie Bobiy, DPM
Dr. Bobiy is a board-qualified podiatric surgeon specializing in comprehensive foot and ankle care. Originally from the Philadelphia area, she earned her undergraduate degree from La Salle University before receiving her Doctor of Podiatric Medicine degree from Temple University School of Podiatric Medicine. She then completed an intensive PMSR/RRA residency at Jefferson Health, where she developed extensive experience in rearfoot and ankle surgery, trauma management, and reconstructive procedures while training alongside the orthopedic specialists at Rothman Orthopaedics.
Dr. Bobiy has particular clinical interests in sports medicine, bunion and hammertoe correction, chronic tendon disorders, and helping patients return to the activities they enjoy. She is committed to providing individualized, evidence-based care with a focus on both surgical and nonsurgical treatment options.
In addition to providing comprehensive surgical and nonsurgical foot and ankle care, Dr. Bobiy offers advanced treatment options for sports injuries, bunions, hammertoes, chronic tendon conditions, trauma, reconstructive foot and ankle procedures, as well as advanced laser therapy and controlled micro penetration for fungal toenails.
Now proud to call Georgia home, Dr. Bobiy enjoys spending time with family, playing with her dogs, and cheering on Philadelphia sports teams in her free time.
Elise Nussbaumer, MBA
Chief Operating Officer
Elise serves as Chief Operating Officer where she leads the organization’s operational strategy, multi-site performance, and scalable growth initiatives. With nearly three decades of experience in healthcare operations, Elise brings a proven track record of building high-performing organizations, optimizing systems, and driving sustainable growth in multi-location healthcare platforms.
At Gauld Health, Elise is responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations, new site expansion, and the development of standardized systems that enable consistency, quality, and efficiency as the organization grows.
She plays a key role in business development, including partner onboarding, training, and ongoing operational support, ensuring that each location reflects Gauld Health’s commitment to clinical excellence and patient-centered care.
Elise is deeply passionate about maintaining and enhancing both the patient experience and organizational culture as the business grows. She believes that strong systems and strong culture must evolve together, creating an environment where patients receive exceptional care and teams are empowered to perform at their best
Erica T. Jackson
Director of Operations
Erica T. Jackson is a dedicated and results-driven Director of Operations with over 20 years of healthcare leadership experience. She is passionate about supporting teams, improving patient experiences, and driving operational excellence in specialty practices.
At Gauld Health, Erica leads daily operations across multiple clinic locations, focusing on creating seamless patient experiences, optimizing clinic workflows, and supporting staff development.
She champions a positive, collaborative workplace culture while implementing strategies for growth, efficiency, and long-term success.
Known for her hands-on leadership style, Erica ensures both patients and team members feel valued and supported. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Health Services Administration from Ohio University.
Hailey Corp
Podiatry Manager
Hailey has been a dedicated member of the Gauld Health team since the practice was established in 2021.
As the Office Manager, she is passionate about creating a welcoming, positive, and exceptional experience for every patient who walks through the doors.
Her commitment to patient engagement, combined with her background as a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA), allows her to provide compassionate leadership while ensuring the highest level of patient care and satisfaction.
Outside of work, Hailey enjoys spending quality time with her family and her two young children.
She also loves traveling, and if there is one color that perfectly reflects her vibrant personality, it’s pink.
Leslie Lucena

Nayeli is a bilingual front desk receptionist fluent in both English and Spanish. She is passionate about providing excellent customer service and creating a welcoming experience for everyone she meets.
Outside of work, she enjoys traveling and spending time with her family and two cats.

Dalia is a bilingual in both English and Spanish. In her free time, she likes to quilt and crochet. She loves watching anime and k-dramas and spend time with her two cats, Michi and Junebug.

Catherine, better known as Cathy, serves as the Front Desk Receptionist at our East Cobb location.
She loves being the first friendly face patients see, greeting everyone with a warm smile and creating a welcoming environment where they feel safe, comfortable, and cared for.
Madeline Houston
Medical Assistant
Maddy is a Marietta native. She has her associates in health information technology and is always available to help others when needed.
She is a dog mom of 3 and spends her free time reading and doing crochet.

Mariah is a 20-year-old, medical assistant, who works with all the foot and ankle providers.
She is currently enrolled in a Diagnostic Medical Sonography program.
